Dr. Laurence Primack
Dr. Primack, born in Brooklyn, NY is a 1979 graduate of Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. He went on to complete his residency in Neurology at the Albany Medical Center Hospitals in 1983, after which he became Board Certified in Neurology.
In 1983, Dr. Primack took a position as a general neurologist with a private practice in New Jersey. Moving to Altoona in September 1985, Dr. Primack began practicing patient-centered neurology, which he continues to enjoy today.
He currently resides in Hollidaysburg with his wife, Theresa, and is blessed with the love and fun of four effervescent grandchildren.
Dr. Primack, during his years in Blair County, has enjoyed coaching Odyssey of the Mind (for his daughter and her team), and baseball, soccer, and HAYFA football (for his son and his teams). He also feels proud to be the creator of the "Brain Bowl", a successful academic competition for our youth.
Additionally, he enjoys reading, working outdoors, and tennis.
