Cholesterol can be a good thing, but most of the time it is a bad thing.
Get your cholesterol blood test. It takes 1 hour max to drive, get it drawn and leave.
Once you get your results, be sure to check them against these NORMAL values:
Total Cholesterol: <200
HDL (good cholesterol) >60
LDL (bad cholesterol) <100
If you are outside of these ranges be sure to ask your physician what you can do to start getting it under control. We can't stress enough how critical this is to your future health.
